These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and access to the Linda Heredia website (“Website”) located at http://lindaheredia.com, including any sub-domains and affiliated sites. Bookings & Rescheduling

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice by emailing hello@lindaheredia.ca. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled and require a new booking and payment.
     

Digital Products

  • All sales of digital products, including but not limited to audios, meditations, and downloadable files, are final.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once a purchase is made. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
     

Cancellations

  • All bookings are final. A scheduled session reserves time exclusively for you.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
     

Disclaimer

  • By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • Information provided during sessions is intended for personal or educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

  • You agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the guidance received and that Linda Heredia is not liable for any outcomes.

  • No guarantees, implied warranties, or assurances are made regarding session outcomes.
     

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights for content, materials, and branding on this Website, including but not limited to images, logos, products, graphics, and designs, are owned exclusively by Linda Heredia or its licensors.

  • Use of our trademarks, including the name Linda Heredia, product names, or service names, requires prior written consent.
